SHIPPING POLICY

UK Delivery

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Royal Mail Tracked Special Delivery Guaranteed, fully insured until signed for.

 

Orders over £300 qualify for free shipping. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. 

 

If your order is returned because no one was available to sign, repeat delivery costs may be your responsibility. Shipments are sent once full payment has been received.Your order will be delivered to the address you provide. Please double-check it before submitting. If you wish to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.

 

We cannot always recall orders once they’ve been shipped, and additional shipping costs may apply. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delivery delays once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any orders.

International Delivery

For international orders (EU, USA, Rest of World), please contact us to confirm delivery times and costs before placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse shipments under certain circumstances. If this happens, your payment will be fully refunded.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. All other delivery terms are the same as for UK orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you order, whether it’s for you, a loved one, or a little one. However, if for any reason this is not the case, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us at amelia@punchoflondon.com. If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days to request a return. 

 

Bespoke Items​

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on made-to-order or customised pieces; this includes our double-breasted waistcoats. These pieces are made to your exact measurements, so please consider alterations.

Returns & Exchanges – Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Unauthorised returns: Items sent back without prior approval or outside the return window may not be accepted.

  • Items not eligible for return or exchange:​

    • Items purchased via third-party stores or marketplaces (please contact the store of purchase directly).

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please use a tracked service.

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected on receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for items that meet these conditions.

  • Once the goods have been delivered to you, you become the owner and therefore hold them at your own risk.
     

How to Return or Exchange

If you wish to return your order, you can contact us at amelia@punchoflondon.com. We’ll guide you through the process. We kindly ask that all items are securely packaged and returned using a trusted courier service, or in person if applicable. All items must be received in their original condition. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging, with a copy of the order invoice included.

Refunds

We will aim to process your refund as soon as your returned item has been received and passed our quality inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer and can take up to 30 days. We will refund the original purchase price of the item(s), excluding any shipping costs, import duties, or taxes incurred. 

Exchanges​

If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, please get in touch with us. Exchanges are subject to availability, we will reserve your chosen item; however, it cannot be dispatched until the original item has been returned. Any price differences will be either charged or refunded prior to dispatch.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.

We know returns can be tricky, so if you have any questions, we’re here to help every step of the way.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Returns & Orders

Channel Islands & Isle of Man: Please follow the instructions for international customers below.

International Customers (EU, USA & Rest of World):

  • Contact us to start your return, and we’ll provide instructions and a shipping label where possible.

  • For exchanges, return the original item first, then place a new order. Shipping, customs, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
     

EU Statutory Cancellation Rights:

  • EU customers may cancel orders within 20 days of receiving items.

  • If cancelling before dispatch, notify us in writing; we’ll refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 28 days.

  • If cancelling after dispatch, notify us within 20 days and return the items within 28 days; customers bear return shipping costs.

Punch of London, reserves the right to cancel an order placed by you if we do not have the ordered item in stock or if one or more of the items you have chosen were priced incorrectly on our website due to error. If we do have to cancel your order, I will notify you straight away via email and re-credit to your account any cost deducted from your credit card as soon as possible.

We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
